WELCOME!

We are all on a journey. A grand journey within to our true selves. To the only place where you will find everything you need. Everyone’s path is individual to them. No two are alike. What is right for one person may not be right for another. One is not better or worse than another, simply different. Some are further along this path than others, but everyone is headed in the same direction. Some of us get sidetracked along the way and others take a more direct path. Some stop for a while and others keep moving along at a more rapid pace. Whether you are interested in healing, in some of the more esoteric aspects of spirituality or simply need help in preparing a budget or a healthy meal, it is my hope to provide you with tools that may help ease at least a part of this experience.

At some point in our lives we are all students and we are all teachers. The people we meet along the way are put in our path for a reason. Perhaps we have something to learn from them or maybe they have something to learn from us. One thing I know for sure is that there are no accidents. I have been blessed to meet many wonderful teachers and am lucky to count some of them as my friends. Some of them are my pets. My youngest cat Luna has been one my greatest teachers and one of my greatest blessings. It is also their wisdom that has been passed along to me that I share with you for without them I would not be who or where I am today.

The bounty of the universe is available to all of us. We are all meant to be happy, healthy and also, wealthy in every way. There is abundance available to all. You just have to seek it and claim it and more importantly feel as though you deserve it , because we all do. The biggest obstacle to claiming our abundance is fear. But there is really nothing to be afraid of for we are never given more than we can handle.

This does not mean that the path will be an easy one. There will be difficulties and obstacles along the way. At times, some of them may seem nearly unbearable. But looking back on those difficult times, many people often find that those challenges are also their greatest lessons.

You will find various tools (or links to other sites) on this website to help you along this journey. They are things I have learned along the way that have helped me. Many are related to health and healing; physical, emotional and spiritual. Some are to help you bring abundance into your life or reduce your stress levels by helping you manage your money better (particularly important in these difficult economic times) or to simply help you cook a healthy meal.

I believe we are very lucky to be on this earth at this time. As many of the ancients predicted we are entering a new age. Whether you believe we are entering into the fifth sun of the Maya, are on the cusp of the Age of Aquarius, something else or even nothing at all, we are living in an age where great change is occurring. To some, these changes are scary and to others, they are very exciting. A new earth is being born with unlimited potential and we are currently in the period of the darkness before the dawn. But, the dawn is coming and when it arrives it will be brighter than ever.
